Observatory, cape town. Location doesn't matter. if you perform ce-5 often enough and they reckon you're not gonna freak out, they'll show themselves to you

Sounds more like multi-dimension visits (which many think the Greys do). Not for me, don't trust what I hardly understand.

Nope. not the greys. ce-5 meditation is grounded in an extremely high frequency which negative beings couldn't even "perceive".
You cannot attract that which is of a vibration that is dissimilar to your state and intentions.
Love does not attract hate/negativity, and vice-versa

I have heard that notion over and over again by "contactees" - people who are actually in regular communication with them and by people who "channel" messages from them while under the trance state.
The only ones that want to contact governments are the negative ones to make deals to sell out the human race in exchange for technology

I'm not sure about all that. I know however that I can tell the difference between the man that came up with the theory of Evolution and a Lucasian Professor of Mathematics in a motorised wheelchair.
