Afternoon Guys,
I got my 4mb Telkom line installed yesterday and my 4mb uncapped adsl account from Mweb.
When I got home i did a speed test and not once did i get anything more than 1.5mb\s.
I then used the Telkom guest account and got close to 5mb\s.
A specialist from Mweb phoned me today and said it could be a sync issue as the line was syncing at 6mb and that that Telkom should bring the speed down to 4mb. I phoned Telkom got it sorted and checked on the router to make sure.
I still can't connect faster then 1mb\s to 1.3mb\s. Another specialist is phoning me tomorrow morning.
Any ideas what could cause this? Mweb is saying everything is fine on their side.
I am getting very frustrated with these speeds.
I hope to get some advice from the community.
