I have a weird situation.

When downloading from Nexus(Skyrim Mods) or any other website, i get dl speeds between 30 to 60kbs. Webpages takes minutes to load.

Until I use MyBroadband speed test. Then dl speed skyrocket between 1mbs and 5mbs, but, only for a minute or two. Then run speed test again and speeds skyrocket again.

"Hello! You have 375275 MB "Recurring 10 Mbps Data - P2P/NNTP 128 kbps during Peak hours" available. 375275 MB will expire on 01/01/2025."
I think the above will give an idea which plan i am on.

Any help will be appreciated.

Same here. I get from 16kb/sec to 60kb/sec from Nexusmods (Was trying to download the CBBE mod pack for Fallout 4) using Telkom LTE. Same with other international websites. Some are as slow as 6kb/sec.

I tried changing positions to get better signal of like 98% but it is still the same.

Yes. I've tried all that but no difference. My slow speed is for all my browsing, regardless of which site. Very frustrating.

I am sure it's got to do with Telkom throttling us.

To confirm it's the throttling going wrong, get a prepaid sim and buy a small LTE bundle.
Then switch between sims a couple of times and run the same tests. Should be easy to prove either way then.

Thanks. Will try that and see what happens.

Telkom band:B20 is the problem unfortunately

At 4am I get over 100 Mbit/sec download on my Huawei B618s-65d on Telkom LTE. During the day, it is around 25-30 Mbit/sec.
