Necro of THE GODS !!

I couldnt find much else related to this on the site (where some discussion / review) was going on.

Just purchased myself one of these from ORMS, and will give you guys feedback on how it works with my
Galaxy Tab, and Nikon D5100
They retail for +/- R700 nowadays (expensive for only 4GB storage I know) but hey.. I love new toys !!

Keep an eye on this space ! :D

Also.. just realized the model I want to buy is not able to transfer RAW.. only JPEG directly..

I don't use the RAW transfer often, it's kind of slow, but it's nice to have none the less if you're willing to spend the extra money.
 
I've got the jpg one, works well! Although I don't use it that often, it's hand to have, with my phone or tablet!

The eye-fi cards are awesome but they're only worth the extra expense if you're going to take advantage of the wi-fi on a regular basis. I use mine a lot so it was a no brainer for me.
 
Well, you saw my setup - I haven't had much use for my Tablet till now - and Im kinda a yuppie.. I like to buy tech.. LOL

Got the goodie today, and I must say.. mmm it works like a charm !!
Now to go and take some pics !!
