F1: 2008 Belgian Grand Prix

What him be the first one out ;) hahaha... it's that type of season this year around.

Expect the unexpected.

FP1 Results:

Both Ferrari cars on top, which is expected, but I'm sure most would have guessed Kimi to top them.

Pos Driver Constructor Time Laps
1 Felipe Massa Scuderia Ferrari 1m47.284 26
2 Kimi Raikkonen Scuderia Ferrari 1m47.623 26
3 Lewis Hamilton Vodafone McLaren Mercedes 1m47.878 27
4 Heikki Kovalainen Vodafone McLaren Mercedes 1m47.932 24

Good to see the gap between Mclaren and Ferrari is not that big, six tenths. But I think Lewis should be looking to score as many points as he can again. :o

Going to be another very interesting race. Things continue to be oh so tight at the top with quite a few drivers still in contention... Pressure is on big time...

Well i would not have expected the top ferrari driver to have been kimi, this season in almost every race he has been outclassed by Massa.

Kimi said he has acheived what he wanted to in F1, i hope he decides to help massa acheive the same thing and drive a decent race for second to take points away from hammi.

Well the weather did not help ferrari today :), great lap by hamilton and massa.

what an awesome start for tomorrow, hope its get a bit warmer.

Yip with that kind of weather if hamilton gets off the line first, its race over.

I'm looking forward to an electrifying start. Both top teams are 1-3 and 2-4. If Heiki also doesn't cover Hamilton, he could be under threat from Raikonnen. I can't wait for 14h00!

Hamilton Stripped Of The Belgian GP Win

Lewis Hamilton has been stripped of his Belgian GP victory after the stewards handed him a 25sec penalty that saw him drop to third in the classifications. The McLaren driver was under investigation for his passing move on Kimi Raikkonen, which eventually resulted in Lewis crossing the line first and Kimi putting it in the wall..

How pathetic is that... FIA come to Ferrari's aid again. Seems they don't like racing. Talk about a hollow victory for Ferrari. It's rigged. What are the rules... give the place back plus 2 seconds? Very poor show by Max and the boys... not surprising though with Max handpicking the stewards and handing the top job to Ferrari's PR team...

they (the race stewards) will be guided by Allen Donnelly, Max’s personal appointment to the process. Oh yes, he is the guy whose PR company represents Ferrari.

STFU Massa should have got a penalty for the last race in Valencia, and now Maclaren get a penalty for this!!!!!!!!! Seriously another sport going down the toilet
