Would be sad to see him go. If ever someone derserves another title I think he does.

I'd also be sad to see him go. He's just one of F1's generally all round nice guys. Would love to see him win another one.

Button surely showed his team mate who's the boss this weekend. Magnussen should be learning from the old man.
 
Teams confirm Barcelona test line-ups

Following the Spanish Grand Prix the 11 teams have confirmed their line-ups for this week's two-day test at the Circuit de Catalunya.

Tuesday

Sebastien Buemi (Red Bull), Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari), Charles Pic (Lotus), Jenson Button (McLaren), Nico Hulkenberg (Force India), Giedo Van der Garde (Sauber), Jean-Eric Vergne (Toro Rosso), Felipe Massa (Williams), Max Chilton (Marussia) and Kamui Kobayashi (Caterham).

Wednesday

Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull), Nico Rosberg (Mercedes), Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari), Pastor Maldonado (Lotus), vandoorne pphotlinkhighlight}Stoffel Vandoorne (McLaren), Daniel Juncadella (Force India), Esteban Gutierrez, Daniil Kvyat (Toro Rosso), Susie Wolff (Williams), Jules Bianchi (Marussia) and Robin Frijns (Caterham).

Coming forty-eight hours after the Grand Prix, the teams will be keen to see how best to set about closing the gap to the teams ahead, while once again agreed teams will be devoting a day of their test to compulsory tyre testing for Pirelli.

On Tuesday, Sauber and Toro Rosso will be testing the latest products and developments while on Wednesday McLaren and Force India take over.

He's been a solid if unspectacular driver.

People forget that he drove a BAR to 3rd place in in the driver's WC in 2004. Only beaten by the Ferraris of Schumi and Rubens that year. Nothing wrong with Button. The cars he's driven on the other hand...

Overrated like most of the Pom drivers in recent decades. It should also be noted that he had a hand in picking his drives too :rolleyes:

The Brawn car didn't seem to be too vrot...

His biggest mistake was wanting to go to the McClaren team, rather than staying with Ros Brawn.
