Interesting how they cannot catch Verstappen. A shame he still has to pit :/
 
By my calculation Vettel has to win every race to be in with a shot at the title now, so unless Hamilton gets a DNF vettel's challenge is effectively over now.
 
Hamilton should've given back the position regardless of orders. Just please don't pull a Schumacher and let Bottas stand on top of the podium...
 
Disappointed at Merc not asking Lewis to hand the win to Bottas. That would have only been fair.
 
I bet bottas gets a couple of million in his christmas stocking for that sacrifice.
 
They earn so much that I don't think money makes it any better.

Exactly this, and I'm a Hamilton fan. It falls flat everytime. If we were talking a handful of points between Hamilton and Vettel, I'd say fair game, but nah.... not good for fans, racing or Bottas.

I can't think of anybody that is 100% happy with this. And what if Hamilton ends up winning the championship by 6 points? Just won't be right.

Serves no purpose. They could've had a 1-2 by swapping at the last corner.

But then this their job and they get paid a **** ton for it do the sympathy also only goes so far.
