Doubt, think he will either completely stop or just stay, hes always been very vocal about his loyalty to MB

If he is no longer competitive he will leave F1.
That is the reason that the last race fiasco was so bad.
If he had got his 8th Championship he would have cruised the rest of his carrier but to be denied it on paper having won it on the track will make him very bitter.
Now he will spend his last year in F1 with nothing to loose and a vendetta against Max.
I expect a very aggressive season between them and if Lewis has not got the fastest car It will be used as a blunt weapon to stop Max any way it can.

Nah, I think they still have development to do on their vehicle.

It will get faster, and it will challenge up at the top, they're just not there yet.

Looks like Haas sacrificing last season has paid off. And of course getting a proper driver helps.
