They're not Merc fans, you should know that by now. 10 years ago they were McLaren fans... :p
It's good to see my long lost Ferrari fans back again. Welcome back gents, those glory years with Merc was good, but welcome back

Yeah some, but I don't follow it closely enough to really notice. They mentioned a reversed grid for the starting of the sprint race.

They have always had a reverse grid race.
The New rule they were referring to is a directive from the Race Director that "White Lines define Track Limits".
Its not actually a new rule, but now it is now being enforced rather than being up to the race director to decide on a corner by corner basis.
It applies to all FIA sanctioned events all season so, F1, F2 and F3.

It applies to all FIA sanctioned events all season so, F1, F2 and F3.
They were very strict about that, dishing out penaltues galore

Aah white lines and track limits... Load of crap, but anyway
