This is a good change
"Secondly, after Spa debacle, two racing laps (without SC/VSC) needed before a race can be called, then a sliding scale in terms of points awarded depending on how much completed. Full breakdown is a little more complex than before:
If under 25% race distance completed by the leader = Top five score: 6 points for the winner, then 4, 3, 2, 1
Between 25-50%, top nine score: 13, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Between 50-75%, top ten score: 19, 15, 12, 9, 8, 6, 5, 3, 2, 1"

Terrible rhyme but I'm itching to see the new Ferrari.

If we take Mexico as an example:Ah yes, but when does the race actually start?
And yet it's still GMT +2 AMAZING!If we take Mexico as an example:
Qali is at 15:00 local time which is 20:00 GMT and we are GMT + 2 so the Race should start at 14:00 hours, local plus 5 hours for GMT difference, however, Daylight Saving Time ends on Saturday Night in Mexico but Sunday Night in England and the Race is on Sunday so subtract 1 and add 2 and you get the race start as 9PM South African time.
