"Secondly, after Spa debacle, two racing laps (without SC/VSC) needed before a race can be called, then a sliding scale in terms of points awarded depending on how much completed. Full breakdown is a little more complex than before:

If under 25% race distance completed by the leader = Top five score: 6 points for the winner, then 4, 3, 2, 1

Between 25-50%, top nine score: 13, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Between 50-75%, top ten score: 19, 15, 12, 9, 8, 6, 5, 3, 2, 1"

This is a good change

This is a good change

Seems a bit weird to have only the top 5 score points though.
Even more weird that P10 gets nothing between 25-50%

Unnecessary complexity in my opinion. Just give no points if the race doesn't do 50%+ laps, otherwise full points.

What exactly are you doing?

Ah yes, but when does the race actually start?

Ah yes, but when does the race actually start?
If we take Mexico as an example:

Qali is at 15:00 local time which is 20:00 GMT and we are GMT + 2 so the Race should start at 14:00 hours, local plus 5 hours for GMT difference, however, Daylight Saving Time ends on Saturday Night in Mexico but Sunday Night in England and the Race is on Sunday so subtract 1 and add 2 and you get the race start as 9PM South African time.

Simple :) ;)

And yet it's still GMT +2 AMAZING! ;)
