Ferrari have only one problem with their strategies. They have not set out a nr 1 and 2 driver. As soon as that happen there will be no blunders and the nr1 will get preference every time and everything will be worked out around what's best for him.
Freddy will sort that out inside the first few races

While it'll certainly help, their strategy issues last year went WAY beyond not having a clear no1.
