Would he perhaps not be heading to Ferrari?
My understanding is, he might even be retiring if you read the announcement. This was the case that he wanted to retire before even starting at Williams. So not sure. Will need to see how all the TP reshuffling plays out in this off season.

Just seen it confirmed on McLaren FB page. New boss is Andrea Stella with immediate effect
 
Loads of speculation including Binotto and Susie Wolff. Will be interesting to see what unfolds.
Can you imagine both Susie and Toto on the grid with rival teams. That won't make for awkward pillow talk at all.

Well, technically Williams F1 is a satellite team of Merc's so it would be fine.
