Charles is a next-level driver. They have a different strategist this year.

They {Ferrari} moved head of strategy 2022 to their factory permanently this year. But haven't seen an announcement yet on who is taking over the role.

Ferrari have only one problem with their strategies. They have not set out a nr 1 and 2 driver. As soon as that happen there will be no blunders and the nr1 will get preference every time and everything will be worked out around what's best for him.
Freddy will sort that out inside the first few races
