Most intelligent people would think that the FIA has all the data and all the video footage to see which cars bounce up and down the most and will then do their "random" test accordingly with some sort of plan which cars will be likely to be in trouble. I mean since the new cars were launched last year Merc and Ferrari were the two that bounced/porpoised the most.

But the we get the Drive to survive Merc fanboys that always want to conjure up some conspiracy theory so they can play their constant victim card.

For both cars the wear was ~1mm in a single section of the plank most likey due to kerbs.

The tests were apparently done because of data from the oscillation sensors.

Actually, they only measure a small metal insert that is there specifically for the measurement...

Correct, the skid blocks parameters are 10mm depth and no more than 1mm wear with an allowance of 0.2mm variance. They’re located along the plank itself in various sections.

Gonna be a helluva start. IMO Max is not that great at starts, you have Ricciardo right there and Hamilton who is great and aggressive at starts with two seemingly out of place Ferraris blocking the stampede.

We may have carnage! I hope Ricciardo has one of those switched on days and do t fall back too far (or at all)!

It's as if I can already see the start in my head, Max going beside the Ferrari's and those two limp cocks gets scared and move over.
 
Yea, Max has possibly the best starting position on the grid. First corner could be quite important here.
