People should focus more on the racing than the drivers emotional outbursts. Of course, that's what Drive To Survive is for...

I thought Lando was far more measured and calm about things last week. He wasn't as hard on himself as he was a few races back.
That shows he is maturing as a driver. And this is showing in his driving.

He's not panicking when Max gives him crap because he knows the other drivers have his back and the stewards may rule in his favour.

I find this fascination of driver outbursts and judging it these days quite hilariously hypocritical considering the era of Senna, Mansel, Prost and co in the 80s and 90s and all the constant references to the 'glory days'.

The glory days were when you could have a punch up without a criminal record

Yeah its almost like rules were made in response to past incidents or something

First you said he outscored all the other drivers for 10 races before Austin, now it's the last 10 races.... Whichever way you spin it, he has certainly not outscored all the other drivers LOL.

Would you prefer we start at the end or the beginning?

I said 10 odd races as I was just trying to make a point but now that I went to go do my sums. It was for 10 races up to Austin. Oscar scored 184 Lando 178.

In those 10 races from Monaco to Singapore, Oscar was the highest point scorer of all the drivers.

You realise to outscore anyone you have to beat them at the chequered flag?

You clearly are just trying to be an a-hole here and not a very smart one at that.

LOL
Sainz is only the nr 2 driver in his team and got dropped and going to back marker team
Gasly cannot even beat his teammate Ocon
Albon is quickly being exposed by a rookie with just a few races under the belt.

Red Bull knows best. They know who is good and who is not.

Wiliams isn't a backmarker team. Colapinto has proven that Sargent was just terrible. They are competitive in a congested midfield with two competent drivers, and they are on an upward trajectory. Albon-Sainz will be a very solid driver pairing to keep Williams' momentum going.

Gasly beat Ocon last season in the standings and he is ahead of him this season, so not sure where you came up with him being unable to beat Ocon. They're two equally matched drivers with Gasly edging him thus far.

if Max wants to continue on and just win this drivers championship then he really needs to start thinking like Prost.

"what do I need to do to win the drivers championship, not win the race"

If Prost just needed to finish 4th then he would finish 4th, he didn't need to push beyond the limit of the car or himself and try finish 1st. This is why he was called "the professor" he was a genius and most likely the greatest driver ever if you look at his stats, him and Lauda...

of course it was 100% legit, please read the regs regarding that...

if it wasn't 100% legit then the results would have been changed
Definitely wasn't legit, that much is obvious. The guy responsible for it was sacked. Many drivers refer to Lewis as the 8x.

Randomly interpreting the rules in a weird way which has never been done before, in a championship deciding race, is not "legit". If it was it wouldn't reek of nonsense and still get brought up to this day.
