Doesn't matter. She's being persecuted for who she supports in her private capacity. If she was seated next to Biden or Harris there would be no uproar. This whole thing is a big nothing...

I think the problem is summarized like this:
1.) Her attitude is wrong
2.) Her knowledge is terrible
3.) Even her voice is annoying

And even on the track she's known for crashing and screaming at her team.

Hence the head-scratching when she's picked as a presenter.

Just another reason to keep watching the F1TV team, lol

Honestly nobody cares that she is cosy with politicians.
Seriously. That doesn't even register.

Pay attention to what she says and how she says it next time she's broadcasting, because that would be the crux of the issue.

And I don't really care because she isn't even on the commentary team I watch.

Except the whole petition, and quovadis' argument, is that her politics is deplorable. She's not allowed commentating on F1 because she supports Trump... Ridiculous, I know. But that's become standard MO of the looney left.

Highlighting, protesting a cause or commenting on the result of an election is very different to actively partaking in a political campaign.

Nobody cares about that. This is about racing commentary, not politics.

That’s not the argument. Her attachment may alienate a broadcasters audience as is clearly the case.

Why? It is clear that he is no future champion. I like Yuki but you can spot a star in a bad car and he is not one.
He is an emotional hothead, so why would someone get him as your second driver in a big team?

He’s going to be doing testing at the end of the season. Much like the Ricciardo thing last time I’d imagine things may be unfinalised until then?

Not really I just posted that she’s irked f1 supporters and there’s a petition about it and suddenly I have to defend the whataboutisms about Biden/harris/trump/ukraine/lewis. because I think protest isn’t the same as political activity. Sheesh.

He's grown into a decent racer in his time in F1. Heck, he was even near the front of the pack in Brazil.
His temprament has also cooled a lot. Hopefully he does well in that test at Red Bull.
