OMG I was hoping every year that old "He's intimidating me" Sainz would be replaced, now its has gone from bad to worse.
How many seasons/races have Sainz had with very little that shows he is a good driver. Combined with is constant complaining and multiple times showing he is not a team player, he will be lucky to get a seat in one of the back marker teams with a small salary.

As for Merc replacement. It is very easy.
Lets start with other news. Another clown was fired. Yes old Gunther was just a showboat with little skills.
Haas mad no improvement with him there, and he let his best driver go for two has-beens.
So Merc will give the seat to their reserve driver.
I don't think Mick is a future world champion or definitely not a multiple one. But he is way better that what happened at Haas. You can't expect an young inexperienced driver not to crash often in a bad unpredictable car.
Germans would love a German in a Merc, put the Schumacher name with it along with current reserve driver, and the answer is simple.
 
Ferrari - where the old folks go on their way to pension...
 
I just want to see who the "real" Ferrari supporters are. Whether they support Hamilton for the sake of the team, or switch to whoever is winning next year.

Like the "real" McLaren fans who suddenly found their support for the team again last year when they started doing well and Hamilton couldn't find a podium.

These dynamics around whether to support Hamilton or not are hilarious...
