Craig Scarborough reckons it is the valve on the break line to the right rear wheel. Each wheel's line has a valve so that each corner of the car can be "brake bled" individually.
He stated that he suspects that this valve developed a fault which did not allow the brake pressure to ease on that right rear.
The team will never release the results of their investigation. Horner will just give it the big "We found the cause and are confident that it will not happen again".

"Current forecast for the first springtime #JapaneseGP is cool and cloudy Friday/Saturday. Sunday's current forecast... Steady rain expected due to a weather front crossing. High amount of rain possible (20-40mm TBC). Situation to be monitored with the next simulation." #F1"
2025 tyre test after the race weekend:
"Pirelli will remain in Suzuka after the GP and will do two days of testing with Racing Bulls and Sauber to develop the 2025 tyres. Starting requirements unchanged compared to 2023"
