Great mini analysis there by Karun - Piastri net-gained 10 seconds on the new mediums... Don't think the over-shot pitstop by Lando would have made a difference if he didn't over-shoot as the tyre strat was incorrect...
Nevertheless, great race overall,

Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda............

I am not sure how I ended up rooting for Williams, but it is always reason to celebrate when they do a (good) thing. Hoping that second seat can contribute in 2025.
 
McLaren need to learn how to win races again. They seem uncertain and react to others out of fear of making the wrong call.

The confidence that Max had to come in for inters shows how well versed they are in winning.

It's frustrating but I'm sure it will come right.

Well done to Lewis he had a great race. Wonder how dry the ink is on that Ferrari contract

They could have double stacked on the second stop also, when they brought Oscar in. They actually had enough of a gap between Lando and Oscar to do it on that lap without anyone losing time...

Probably chiseled in Stone rather than a contract.
I am not so sure he went there to have a better chance but rather to end his career as a Ferrari Driver.

Sounds silly I know but, for the DtS fans in the forum, Ferrari used to be the ultimate Team to drive for.
If he takes a championship for them his Legend will be unbeatable.

Looks like the movie could be worth a watch but as F1 fans we would watch anyway :unsure:
 
Match fixing. Just when Oscar was about to pass for the lead and looking like the hottest thing on the track, they screwed him. What a shame.

Ferrari's new driver in top form. F#%$ you TOTO.

Ferrari meh, just seem to be going backwards. Hope Leclerc ditch them and sign for Merc.

How awkward was that room with Lewis, Max and Lando. Seems not even the British drivers like Lewis.

Leclerc make great start...... Ferrari: Hold my beer.

I was ok with the second round the way it happened. For me the first double stack was the beginning and the soft instead of medium and missing the box made it worse. But that car today overtaking with no DRS was something!

I did. I saw him crying on the radio again because the others did not play nice. Also saw him crying after the race again with another one that slipped. Great drivers do not let victories slip to often. He seems to make a habit out of it.

I literally insulted Toto in one sentence and the next sentence said Leclerc must go there. Cant you even get a joke.
