fully agree.
the power struggle does not have no affect on people leaving, but its not the primary reason.

at the end of the day people are doing a job. and if you had the option to work in an enviroment where the people in charge are fighting, (or being reported to be fighting in the media) or not, then the choice becomes easy.

imagine for a second there is no internal conflict, but the media reports say there is. now Joe soap goes home for summer break and his friends in the pub are asking him all these questions. then some other team comes in and asks him to come to them, get a promotion more pay and no need to answer those questions down at the pub? no brainer to leave right?

I seriously doubt that whatever the media is reporting on has any material impact on regular Joe's work environment unless Joe is directly involved.

Teams are often sniping the biggest and brightest talents from each other. That's something that goes back many decades. You can imagine that a team that has been quite dominant for a long period would be target #1 for these sort of offers, especially if there are internal rumblings causing problems.

Each team has around 1000 people working for them, so as long as there are other senior people behind to run things they should be fine. I imagine Red Bull has quite a few more staff that have been working there for several years that are quite capable of stepping up into these vacant roles.

yeah 100% agree.

but Hass only has about 200 people working for them. trackside and factory.
I believe RB, Ferrari, Mclaren and Merc are all closer to 1200 people. trackside and factory combined

that just makes the things Hass have achieved that much more impressive rather than to be a comment on the bigger teams. no idea how many are at alpine, Sauber, Vcarb or Aston Martin
 
Danny Ric needed a better send-off, WTF RB

But on the positive side, I'm glad Liam Lawson finally gets his permanent seat, that took far too long

Yeah this was the worst kept secret. Come on F1tv, get Danny in there. I would love to see him interact with drivers and TPs
