Super fun race. Alpine take a bow. A bit of luck but a race Max will remember. McLaren not swapping Lando and Piastri with his 10s penalty irks me.

And Oscar had more race pace than Norris

Something that adds more variables to the race.

Can’t - puncture those and a fuel fire would be considered a cakewalk. They really can do something with tires if they made tires last a lot less and have more defined speed difference.

I’d enjoy refueling if they brought it back though.

What a legend. Today showed why Max has no competition on the grid.
Let us just remember not only did he win from 17th. He extended his lead and he got a new engine for the rest of season.

Seems Ferrari struggled the whole weekend, strange that Haas also seemed slower than recently.

Young guys struggled so too the two old guys.

Why did Lando not get penalized and only investigated after the race? Do Johnny first want to see the results and then decide on penalty that will have no effect?
Last time I checked, driver leaving pit when light is red, were disqualified.
Starting race when not allowed should get same treatment, there was marshals on the track.

Best part of the race was last 20 laps with Max in lead and Norris nowhere. It was comedy gold listening to the British commentators on SKY voices going softer in a state of depression.
