Realistically, RB and Max take the championship next year. McLaren are the only ones with a car which can challenge (currently at least) and they don't have the drivers to match Max. Piastri is great but not yet consistent enough. Lando is great but not consistent enough and I also think he's not aggressive enough.
Unless someone comes out the gate with a massively improved car, I don't think anyone beats RB as Max's skill tends to make up for any deficit in the car. Maybe Merc will do something with the car, but I doubt they make up that much performance from the off and I don't think Russell or Antonelli will be consistently good enough to mount a real challenge.
Ferrari have been on an upward trajectory. Charles has proven in the past that he has the speed to beat Max, there were just the silly little mistakes he was making that he needed to have ironed out. And of course, we don't know what Lewis has left, and he is currently the only driver on the grid that knows how to handle Max.
