Surely teams can't just cut bits off the car without the FIA confirming all is still within tolerance.

Or was it yet another exception made for RB and DTS ratings.
There is big Money to be made on Max winning the Championship in Vegas.

Yeah really tough break for Colapinto, you can see he really was angry with himself for that. Williams did not need that extra pressure at all! Another all night session putting Humpty together again. And Albon had a poor showing as well, so a bad weekend for Williams already. I think both drivers need to concentrate on bringing their cars home in one piece tomorrow.

Really happy for Gasly for sticking that Alpine in 3rd, wow! Russell also had some great calls to put his Merc on pole, he earned that one. Not so much for his teammate though. Sainz also making the most of his final races in his Ferrari, great drive to put it in 2nd. Charles, Lando and Max are also not far from the front so I think we will have an interesting start.

All things considered, I think we have a great starting grid for a good Las Vegas GP. Lots of wild cards.
