 If these British pundits was in charge of a billion dollar racing team it would go bankrupt in 2 years.
Luckily the get fired quickly these days for all the shyte the talk/create.
We will probably see the end of Will and Ted by the end of the year.

Hey, take it up with F1s official commentator. Perhaps he knows less than you which is why he’s finding it hard to not understand…

Come on now, the guy has only been involved with the FIA and F1 for a decade, while VaakDumme has seen all episodes of DTS at least once, who’s the real expert???

I mean you joke…but so far Stroll has not ****ed up this year and beaten his team mate in both races.
9th season in F1 , 168 races with 3 podiums. Even Schumacher jnr. and Mazepin wished they had so much time to improve.

I really don't get all the hate for the Lawson move. One of the main reasons RB has two teams is so they can move young non performing drivers to the other team so they can help them find their form and confidence again.

Lawson literally couldn't get a single point in car that should do at least 5th place. This isn't a few small screwups he is totally failing. Had he been in another team they would be seriously discussing getting rid of him if he didn't snap out of it within another race or 2 and his career would be in the toilet.

Its the right move, but the timing is unfortunate. Its also unfortunate that they put Lawson in the Red Bull seat in the first place as he was very inexperienced unlike Tsunoda.

The only shock was Lawson having to do two terrible, horrible races at Red Bull with very little practice before being pulled. That bit right there was quite unfair.

Tsunoda should have been in the Red Bull second seat from Australia. He would have done a far better job. It is good that he is in that seat now as he is the right man for the job. Yuki has plenty of experience in cars that range from terrible to quite good. His driving style apparently also suits the Red Bull, but we will see how that goes as we know that car is tricky to master. Let's also not forget that Tsunoda had that testing day at Yas Marina in the RB-20, which again makes him more prepared for the handling of the RB-21.

I also feel like Lawson will be far more comfortable in the Racing Bulls this season, he will do well there too.

Its not just 2 races though he drove in 2024 then there were 2025 pre season testing, testing, sprint race and 2 races.

A third race would probably have been good but if he failed there it would have been all on him. I really think the move was good for his career even if he doesn't see it.

I meant two race weekends.

Lawson had some incomplete Free Practice sessions at Australia and also didn't even do Free Practice 3. I believe they changed a ton of settings for China but we all know how that worked out (not that much better).

Look, a really talented driver would have still done great things despite this, but Lawson just didn't suit the tricky Red Bull and (I believe) needed more time with it. If he spends as much time in the junior squad as Yuki has done then I'm sure he too will do well in the Red Bull next time his name is called (if that happens)...

Let's see what he does now that he is back at Racing Bulls. My guess is he will do far better.
