Ferrari being Ferrari.

Story goes that when Michael arrived at Ferrari he could see the problems, which is why he pushed so hard to bring in the key Benetton people he had worked with. Critically, he also advocated for Jean Todt who had started coming under pressure from top management. Todt, aside from being a great leader, acted as a buffer between the F1 team and top management, insulating the F1 operation from Ferrari's notoriously bad - and toxic - leadership.

And it worked for a decade before di Montezemolo grew envious of Todt. No surprise then that since di Montezemolo directly interfered in the F1 team they have only gone on to win one WDC.

Had a laugh at the British commentators during the race. They explain that Hamilton have floor damage and that is the reason he is losing 0.5s per lap on his teammate.
So I wonder if he had floor damage every single race this year, as that is how much he is slower than his teammate every race.

The mentality is just mind boggling. Apparently you're not allowed to criticise the car because "it's a Ferrari". And everyone is too scared to speak up because of it. Well good luck improving if you can't be honest...

I actually think they got it about right. Many would say he should have received a race ban as a deterrent for young karting drivers, and they’re probably right.”

The interview creates two key issues which is why the FIA has acted to suspend Warwick.

Firstly, Warwick, as an FIA steward, publicly commented on the judgment of other stewards which is problematic given it is one steward publicly critiquing the ruling of another steward and that is not in the FIA’s interest.

Secondly, the interview wasn’t published by a traditional media outlet, but by a PR agency, which contacts media outlets offering quotes from Warwick - on the condition that the source Plejmo, a gambling website, be credited in exchange for using the quotes.
