Doubt it. He is probably very involved in the development for the 2026 car a d if that is looking good it'll be madness to jump from a team built around you (to a certain degree).

I also think the ramifications could spell disaster for the sister team. If RB is going to be a mid-field team for a while until they hopefully rebuild.. why then have a junior team whom they will be competing with for points.
