An error on opening corner type racing incident, which leads to a clip on a Hulkenburg and things going south from there is not the sort of scenario being discussed/reference previously at all.

Quite ridiculous.

My initial post was that the two should not take each other out and give Max free points and this is exactly what happened.

That wasn't an "error". Piastri was trying to prove a point and he was driving worse than a Cape Town taxi driver after a trip to the shebeen!! It is absolutely disgusting that he was not awarded the Penalty of the Day prize...

Its called target fixation. Common issue when bikers crash, or apparently if your name is Oscar. You completely forget about your surroundings.

He was so zoomed in on lando that he forgot that another car may actually be on the apex

Do you even watch the races?
Last week Norris went inside, brake late and deep and pushed into Piastri.
In the Sprint he did the same. But this time Piastri braked so that Norris would not crash into him again or push him off track. So then he cut inside and was bumped by Hulkenberg.
So the only thing similar to last week was Norris braking late on the inside of his teammate.

Pffft where are the F35s and B2s? Settling for some Apaches and chinooks is just low budget 😆
