This who quali impeding thing is of its own making. Make Q3 like the old days - Send them out one at a time. Do it in reverse order to their points tally. Most points goes first, least goes last. One warm up lap and then it's one shot at glory. Advertisers/sponsors will love it too, all eyes on them for 2-5 mins.
