Good chance for Norris and LeClerc to get away while Antonelli and Hamilton make their way past Russell, Verstappen and Piastri. Not easy to pass on this track.
 
This who quali impeding thing is of its own making. Make Q3 like the old days - Send them out one at a time. Do it in reverse order to their points tally. Most points goes first, least goes last. One warm up lap and then it's one shot at glory. Advertisers/sponsors will love it too, all eyes on them for 2-5 mins.

In qualifying you get a 3+ place grid penalty for impeding, so in a race with blue flags surely at minimum you should get the same?
