fkn "super clipping".No because under these fictitious rules there's no benefit to charging the battery early, you'll lose time and potentially track position by braking early. Whether you charge the battery fully by turn 4 by braking earlier in prior corners or by turn 11 makes no difference since the battery is only allowed used fully on the main straight after the final turn for instance.
The whole reason super clipping exists is to charge the battery because deployment at the next straight is more beneficial that maintaining speed at the end of the straight .
If you let drivers deploy, you will end up with the same situation - someone deploys their battery on the main straight so they superclip on the back straight, but another driver is deploying on the back straight because he'll rather superclip at the end of the main straight because his tyres are better and he can make up time in the corners after superclipping, etc and you end up with the performance difference of F1 to F2.
Rather call it "battery-charging originated retardation"
