F1 - General discussion and 2017

You mean what was Vettel doing? Are you watching the same race?
Vettel was riding up his ass to avoid being taken then pulled along side and rode into him deliberately. Penalty for Vettel for sure.
What? Lewis kept accelerating and then breaking. The safety car was already going slow, and he just kept on backing up Vettel, because he knows that Seb is under pressure from the car behind him.

That's what the leader does. Everyone does it behind the safety car.

Doesn't matter, Seb is a crybaby and couldn't take the heat. His reaction was clear. It's his job to make sure he doesn't ride into the guy ahead.

Then put in a protest, don't act like a spoiled child, Vettel will get a penalty.

EDIT: The last driver to do that was Shoemaker and he was disqualified for it.

As is the case for us normal road users, if you rear-end someone it's your fault unless it's a very unusual situation. That didn't look very unusual to me. Vettel ran too close to Lewis' gearbox and got caught out. Then, to add insult to injury, he flipped out and went banging wheels in anger. Bit of a return to his crybaby style of old for Vettel. If anyone deserves a penalty it's not Lewis...

^Agree, road rage, I reckon they should arrest Vettel!
I just hope Ricciardo is on the podium again, I'm keen on another shoe chug :D

Completely within his right to do, yet according to the Coulthard in commentary he was at a steady rpm through the corner when Vettel hit him.

I was under the impression that the rules for this year said a standing start following a red flag.
Or is that for next year?

Well between the motogp races and the F2 and F1 , Motorsports definitely had provided some nice Sunday entertainment

Alonso up 11 places since the Start
(Edit) make that up 13 places at 6th

Remember this comment?

I blame Force India for not having that discussion before the race / season. It's not nice to ask drivers to move over for a 'faster' teammate. Faster cars need to overtake IMO - teammates or not. What if you're a fan of the frontrunner? I feel for Kimi fans today. No chance to watch him race Vettel. This needs to be a sport for the spectators.
.

3rd and 4th today...

Yep, brilliant stuff to watch! Please don't tell me you didn't enjoy that? AND we might get to see a shoe chug at the end....

As for Vettel being investigated after the race... pshhhhh
