Facebook anonymous login

Facebook moved Wednesday to bolster the trust of its more than one billion users by providing new controls on how much information is shared on the world’s leading social network.

Cool, but yet another SAPA article written by a 6 year old...

Handy feature,stupid title.
Came here expecting to read about another one of facebooks "all your info is now public" stunts and actually found a very useful feature.

But IMO, too little, too late. One of my main reasons for leaving facebook was due to just about everyone signing up for apps/games that spam your entire friends list. I still monitor my email notifications and at this stage (about 500 friends) I receive an actual notification for every 100 spam notifications. Why? Because only 50 of my friends are active on Facebook and all they use it for is to waste time at work and play stupid games.

Facebook was a really good idea, unfortunately it has turned into a useless platform used by many for everything expect what it was intended to do.
