Facebook Live Streaming Lag

Hi all,

Anyone here stream there online gaming through Facebook Live? The quality of the video comming through to Facebook has poor quality... Its as if the video is lagging.

It cannot be internet


My OBS settings are the exact same as Facebook recommended


Anyone know what the issue may be?

Facebook probably doesn't have a local node so you're streaming to the UK more than likely.

Why not Twitch or YouTube?

Youtube would be a better choice because if you arent a partner on twitch or have enough viewers, watching on twitch for people with slow lines will only be able to watch the stream in source. Can't select a quality that will work with your line so it will chase viewers away.

youtube allows for quality selection either way

Thant video looks fine for the resolution, it's only 720P @30FPS after all.

I sometimes watch BF1 live streams, it looks crap if it's not 1080P @ 60fps
