Facebook sued over Like button

Facebook is getting thumbs down over its ubiquitous “like” button. A company called Rembrandt Social Media has filed suit against the social networking giant in the US, claiming that the like button infringes on patents it holds, according to a news release.

There should be a law against trying to enforce a patent after somebody else has been using it for some considerable time.

The US of A needs to rethink their patent laws- these guys are becoming the laughing stock of the tech world.
