facial MATCHING software?

I want some software that will tell me if 2 faces match. Like from pics on your PC. Google just takes me to source code.

I dont want facial RECOGNITION software. Just matching.

There was online service which does/did something similar to this (I think they used tagging), but I think they were later caught out using cheap labour from Amazon Mechanical Turk rather than technology.

Picasa tags with face recognition. Won't this do what you want?

I dont want to tag people. These photoshave people with very similar faces so tagging programs might not be able to detect the difference properly.

Face matching is serious software. I very much doubt you will find something free or cheap that does this.
