This is a clear case of Misrepresentation and FALSE advertising by Vodacom. I also have email proof of all the questions and requests that I have made to Dalene, who at no point was able to answer any of my questions. I am now told that I have to wait until Monday the 30th of August 2010 to be able to speak to a Supervisor. :wtf:
Never never in my life have i gotten so much resistance when trying to by something from anyone - I guess they are Giants of the industry now seeing how they can turn away prospective customers.:wtf:
