Lets you reset as many players as you want without "paying" transfer penalties (4 point deduction). You get 2 per season if I recall :)

Normally you get 1 Free Transfer a week. If you make more than this one free transfer per week 4 points are deducted from your total points per addition transfer.

Now say you think you need to change 4 or 5 players in your team (or more you can change all 15 of your squad). You can make those transfer as normal, then before you confirm them you can click "play wildcard." This enables you to change more than 1 player without having points deducted from your total. You get a total of 2 wildcard's a season. One for general use, and then another for use after the January transfer window :)

WOOT! I am second! My team has really been performing for the last 2-3 weeks! I even decided to save a FT this week :D


Also, What are your team names? I am New World Order :p
