Seems like you can carry them over.
I didn't make a transfer last week and now I logged on and I have 2 free transfers so it seems like it does carry over
Thanks for reply! Made a quick sub this week and then realized that without a double sub in 2weeks i won't be able to get Aguero back on my team, so was stressing a little
