Far Cry 2 is out

man, i feel your pain. I've tried everything. Now it says that ive used my CD key too many times. SO SICK OF IT!
 
Jeepers Creepers why so many people having such a hard time installing this game?
 
Any truth to the rumour they were going to introduce some lions into the game?

I've seen sprinkbok, wildebeest and zebra, but none of the big 5, warthogs or snakes !

For that matter I don't even recall a dog !
 
Everything installed fine, just finished playing the tutorial and I am very impressed so far....I was most impressed on how fast everything loads and it runs nice and smooth all in all. They have done a good job!
 
Need to get this game, 1st need to upgrade my pc though, might just get it for the xbox though. . .

Bought it today. Can't wait to play it. Busy downloading game update and graphics driver updates atm then gona start :D

Not sure of your specs, but I can see this game is very forgiving on specs, IE: You could get this to run on systems below the minimum specs I am pretty dam sure...Straight off the bat you can see this game is designed pretty well, it is not nearly as resource hungry as crysis. And I don't know how anyone can play a FPS game on console :D

I found the Mp5 style gun the best at the start, not sure what it is actually called...I have never been a shotgun fan...I have just bought new weapons, a sniper rifle and a mean machine gun, now we are talking ;)

I can't aim properly with that gun...I like headshots n it's difficult with it. The only game I used to use the shotgun was Crysis and now this game too. I can't wait to get the sniper rifles though, thats my type of thing.
 
+1 for the sniper, but the first sniper you get at the airport isn't that cool. The one you get after that in your room (the one you don't have to reload after every shot) is the one I like most, but I have lost it (exploded in my face :() and can't buy it yet. Other than the sniper, I must agree, the pistol is very nice and accurate.
