Fast stone image viewer error with snippet tool

Can anyone test on windows 10 if you can use snippet tool shortcut prtscn button while in fast stone viewer.I just cant when ever i open a picture via fast stone and press the prtscn button i get the select area to snap but nothing happens after that.. eg no save or anything.Is this a bug in 10 and if so must i report this.If i want to use snippet tool now i must open a picture in the windows default and not faststone.

Is there a fix for this or must i download fast stones own snippet tool they have.I prefer windows one and dont want other software for this.

Checked on my end and I can use the windows 10 snipping tool while viewing in faststone, print screen works too.

yes the snippet tool work but the snip and sketch tool the new one from windows 10 dont work in that viewer

I checked your video and the snip and sketch tool works fine for me on Win 10. I can snip and save as usual, no idea what the issue on your pc is. Maybe reinstall faststone?

ok like i said the snippet tool works for me to but did you use the NEW snippet tool from windows which they nag you to use its called snip and sketch.Both are snippet tools.I apologize for not being to clear about it So this picture will tell which tool is not working

so you confirm testing that one with printscreen button ratman.I sent the developer an email with video and pictures explaining whats going on.

Printscreen, windows 10 snip and snip and sketch. However I launched snip and sketch separately, not via the snip tool.

I dont do that,i use the printscreen button.LEt me try your way .Ok i can confirm it works your way.I still feel this is a problem,Its not productive,I want to use the printscrn button.So how to fix this issue......
