Fat Removal Thread

Wegovy (Semaglutide) is apparently showing promise.
I recall there are three now. One acts three ways. I have a US based colleague who was diabetic and obese. I don't recognize him today, he's lost about 20kg in the past year.

You guys know that these weight loss drugs are quite expensive and have some big side effects. They are very effective though.

However imo rather just go cut it off and start changing your lifestyle. Lipo isn't as expensive as you think.

You're constantly fighting the carb machine 24/7 with low carb so it doesn't work long term.
What works in long term then? Currently, I just consume less food and obviously that means less carbs. Going to be dligent in exercise till I drop 20kg to reach 80 so another 16kg to go this year.

Diet is the most important. Replace as many calorie dense foods with lower density ones.
If you want to have a sugar treat eat/drink it just after a workout or being active.

As an exercise take your favourite foods and put together a meal plan for one day with those and calculate the calories. Then replace as many as you can with low density foods and see the difference. Don't forget the sauces, they normally add a lot of calories.

stop buying **** at the supermarket, no chocolates and biscuits, and you better not be eating breakfast cereal loaded with sugar!

just make popcorn on the stove (not microwave cancer fat death rubbish) eat that, you will love it, eat as much as you want.

as above with sauces, just try different sauces each time one is finished, look at the "sugar content" on the label and try find one with no sugar or very low.
eg. Nandos Lemon & Herb peri peri is 1.2g/% of sugar. Hot peri-peri is 11g/11%

tell us your daily food and so we can shout at you and help you.

You answered your own question. Eat whatever the fk you like but in moderation based on caloric content per serving.

Even this low carb high fat thing is garbage. Carbs are necessary due to our lifestyle. We're not in the jungle anymore hunting animals 24/7.

Why must you deprive yourself of life's pleasures like the panty dropper - Lindt balls?

Just have less of it.

What size panties are those, XXL? Carbs make you fatter for the same amount of calories. This is fact, deal with it.

If gym and a diet is too difficult, then you should just give up and accept that you are a lazy sht.

Never give up. Maybe you can’t stick to going to the gym because you don’t sleep enough. Maybe you eat too much candy because alcohol has eroded your willpower. Maybe you eat too much because you’re anxious, try meditating.
