FAULT on inverter

Hi all.

I have a Crystal XI 2400kva inverter an it has Fault 4 showing all the time.

I can't find the manual to understand what the fault is.

I hope someone can assist with any knowledge of the Fault Code 4.

Your assistance would be highly appreciated.

Offhand fault 4 on an inverter is usually the battery terminals are loose. A refit often clears the issue.

Are you using lithium or SLA batteries? If lithium, it may be that the inverter is not reading the voltage correctly as the battery BMS would handle low voltage cutoff afaik.
