Fed up of elite host!

Hi guys

Is there a Elite host rep on these forums? Been trying to get hold of them through the client support area, but I haven't received a response from them, sent them a support ticket 6:30am!
This morning I noticed my adsense earning for yesterday are low, and most of the clicks come from one site. So I went to check my site stats to see what was happening, to my surprise my account has been suspended! WTF!?

All to find out their system shows I did not pay hosting for this month. Paid them on the 11th already! And this is the second time this is happening.
Worst part now, no one is responding to my support ticket! Guess the staff is at church? Every minute passing by means lost in revenue for me, yet they expect me to pay them end of the month.

Last month I moved one of my blogs frm their severs to Smartweb, because the site was experiencing a lot of down times, up to 100% loss of traffic. Since I made a move to Smartweb, I have not experienced any down time.

Come 2014, I am moving all my sites hosted with them! Really pissed!

Yip, that's why we recommend Smartweb :)
People may start to think I work for them or something but I really just like to sing the praises of companies that give great service.
It may also make me feel a bit better about getting pissed at companies who don't :P
 
That sucks dude. I was with elite host for about 6 months with no issues, only moved from them for a cheaper option.

Been with them for the past two years, only experienced this massive down times about 6 months ago, and it has been happening like everyday. Sometimes twice a day!
 
Did you check if they do helpdesk on the weekends? Some ISP's dont do support on weekends... "SOME"

Unfortunately in this day that's getting closer and closer to a hospital switching off their life support machines on weekends :) It's just not on!

Sigh... I know... but sadly not many are so big that they can afford to O.o

They said the billing department does not work on weekends. So I was helped by the technical side, while my issue was billing related.
Whatever happened to their 24/7 support!

Pfftt check my sig!

Okay I don't have one but I will definitely be adding Smartweb to Hosting Web. I didn't even know about them to be honest.
