Have you been actively using your connection for an average of just over 7hours/day? I'm unemployed, like the internet and struggle to spend more than 4hours/day on the computer. So I think it's clear that you're in violation of the service T&Cs and MWEB will be in touch in due course.

I have a job - being self employed - and spend 16 hours a day in front of a computer... does that mean I can spend 16 hours continually downloading?

working-from-home as long as you don't bypass shaping and don't download too much uncapped
