Fee for moving DSL line to ISP?

Glad i found this thread :). Appreciate the procedures guys. Moving line so want to be prepared :D.
 
I just thought I'd give folks an update on this Fee.
I went into the Telkom Walk-in Center last night to dispute the fee, they gave me a call this morning to confirm that I will receive a credit.

Don't allow this sort of BS from Telkom.

What I find strange is that the call-center were not willing to help or even bother discussing the issue, the lady just hung up on me when I asked her to provide the information or the web page that communicated this to the public; she told me to check the website and hung up.

Yet the guy at the walk-in-center had no issue typing in a 5 minute dispute to allow the correct department to deal with it, no, she made her own judgement call and just shafted me.

Thanks to the Walk-in-center staff for always being helpful.

I had the same issue when I called, spoke to a lady by the name of Suzette.
I asked since when was this fee applicable and where can I get more info on it, she said she will transfer me and then just hung up.
