Fiber connectivity

Hi guys,

Anyone who can help me (or know someone at OpenServe) to get connected?

Area is fully covered except 2 or 3 complexes in the area, mine being one of them. The trenching has already been done in my yard, with fiber connection up to my house as well (inside a "buddy box"). This was all done last year in October and I am still struggling to get a definitive answer from anyone as to when I can get connected. I will attach some photos of the 'buddy box' for reference.




This thing is next to my door inside of my yard. I am guessing someone just needs approval from the complex I live in, before they can connect us to the local exchange. Only 9 units in the complex with mine against the road, and I can organise the approval from body corporate right away, if I knew who to speak to Below is the fiber coverage for OpenServe.



Anyone who can assist or refer me to someone? Pleeeeeaaaaaassse I am desperate! The ADSL in this area is killing me...
