fiber in Pretoria Wes

good day all!!
i have been driving around my area the past few days and have seen huawei(partner of openserve) digging trenches and putting in those yellow fiber cables. i spoke to a openserve guy that was at my exchange the other day and he said that it is not for residential use, its for the shops and to connect the cellphone towers to each other. i walked to one of those manhole covers and on it is engraved "MTN". Now this manhole is less than 30 meters away from my house, and i have asked this openserve guy if i can connect my house to this fiber, he said yes but i am going to have to pay to get it to my house. he says there is a lot of open space and it would be good to do it while there is still space to connect. Have any of you guys done this? is it costly or will it be just like the normal fiber installation
