Fibre area coverage, complex excluded

So the whole area got fibre already in October last year... except for my entire complex. Dont know what the reason behind that is, but I was patiently waiting for the status to change all this time, so now I was thinking since my house is on the border of the complex, will I still not be able to get fibre?

Hi, you will need approval from the Body Corporate to log a call with a Fiber Provider (Vumatel) to install the backbone in the complex.

Once approved, trustee need to log a ticket on their site with body corporate details and then arrange a meeting.

After meeting the provider will supply a installation drawing that needs to be approved by the body corporate.

After Approval, Installation takes about 2 weeks.

Then owners can place orders through ISP's to install fiber to their units
