Its from the ISP. I did log in, but couldnt find anything along the lines of Qos.. but then again.. i know nothing about port forwarding, triggering, upnp, alm, dlna.. and so on...

I don't see it in the manual, that's very strange.

You could get e.g. https://scoop.co.za/tenda-dual-band-ac-6dbi-4-port-gigabit-router-ac8.html and enable everything in that, just make sure the nokia router has everything disabled (wifi).

If you haven't already done so, get the admin username/password for the Nokia G-240W-C from your ISP. You'll need that to view/update the settings under Network->QoS Config.
